Prenatal Yoga (5 week series )

Prenatal Yoga for 2nd and 3rd Trimester.

Join other local mothers to be in this joyful and grounding 5 week series that is designed to create calm and a sense of trust from within , honouring you on your journey to motherhood.

The series will teach valuable tools that can be practiced to prepare the mind and body in the lead up, during childbirth and beyond.

Expect safe and nourishing classes with a blend of Pranayama (breathing techniques), a mix of empowering & restorative postures and flows, meditation, visualisation (so powerful!).

Stabilising and releasing poses to promote spaciousness for you and your baby.

We will work with practices to identify possible barriers, fears to help remove obstacles to find a sense of balance.

Many mothers to be will do 2 or 3 rounds (time permitting) before baby arrives as each series will be different and is recommended to integrate the practices.

Investment- $125 - 5 Week series.

Casual/Drop in is avail $29- space permitting

No yoga experience necessary. 

What to expect,

What to wear/bring

Wear comfy clothes you can move in (layers are good depending on weather), and water to stay hydrated.

BYO Mat if you have one you like to practise on. All props are provided including mats.

*Nb A minimum number of 5 to book for series to proceed (uncommon not to run). A full refund will be issued if needed.
