Please note the following important CE guidelines:

Licensees must complete eight (8) hours per year of continuing education (CE) in order to renew your license on active status as of July 1, 2025. Four (4) of the required CE credit hours must be obtained by completing the Mandatory Update course (GENUP), or, for licensees with BIC or BIC eligible status per the NCREC, the BIC Annual Review (BICAR/BICUP), offered only synchronously (instructor-led, scheduled). The remaining four (4) CE credit hours may be obtained by taking an elective topic course in the classroom or online, including self-paced courses. Do not complete the same elective credit course two years in a row. All CE courses provided by Go School are approved by the NCREC.
