CE Elective: The Contract Maze (livestream)
Let’s get #goschooled!

Please note the following important CE guidelines:
Licensees must complete eight (8) hours per year of continuing education (CE) in order to renew your license on active status as of July 1, 2026. Four (4) of the required CE credit hours must be obtained by completing the Mandatory Update course (GENUP), or, for licensees with BIC or BIC eligible status per the NCREC, the BIC Annual Review (BICAR/BICUP), offered only synchronously (instructor-led, scheduled). The remaining four (4) CE credit hours may be obtained by taking an elective topic course in the classroom or online, including self-paced courses. Do not complete the same elective credit course two years in a row. All CE courses provided by Go School are approved by the NCREC and offer 4 credit hours each class.
Relevant Feedback
Welcome change from most boring CE classes!
I always enjoy the classes at Go School! Jim’s class was no exception. Excellent!
Jim Garrison was FANTASTIC! I have never had a CE class that was as great as this. From the beginning to the end, Jim was informative, made things simple to understand, very interesting and not a single moment did I feel distracted or bored. I will seek Jim out now for ALL CE options in the future and as Broker in Charge at LPT for NC, I will recommend Go Real Estate to all of my agents!
