You've completed the EQ1. Now it's time to step it up. More skills, weapon defenses, multiple attackers, and more! You got the ball rolling and started to become stronger, better, and more victim proof. Now you have the chance to do more!
You MUST be an active participant in your own rescue.
No one is coming to save you.
YOU are your own first responder.
There is no second place. There are no ties. There is only you and the predator and you are the one that will win.
This is not some shadowboxing basic level class. This is a course that will get you to think and react faster and better. The skills taught here will greatly increase your chances against an attacker.
Scenario role playing and physical contact with a padded assailant will be worked in throughout the day, leaving you tired, maybe a little sore, but ENERGIZED and ready to EQUALIZE!
