Feeling into the physical, mental, emotional and energetic layers of yourself with full agency to take or leave parts of the practice as it serves you. Variations and options given. Perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners looking for a deeper introspective practice to establish connection and presence within. Time to slow down and breathe.
