What is the Pandora Project?

Course Overview: A Special Art Programme for You

This unique art programme invites adults of all backgrounds to explore their creativity in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment. Whether you're dealing with personal change, stress, or simply seeking a new way to express yourself, this course offers a space to connect with your inner creativity—no prior artistic experience required.

Rather than focusing on technical skill or the final outcome, this programme centres on the process of creating art. Through gentle guidance and encouragement, you'll discover how making art can help release emotions, reduce stress, enhance self-confidence, and promote well-being. The curriculum will extend across the 16 weeks and include drawing, painting, gelli plates, collage, journaling, card making, watercolour, collagraphs, mono-printing and an introduction to oil painting.

Many of us say, “I can’t draw” or “I’m not artistic,” but this course is about letting go of those limiting beliefs. It’s about having a go, taking a first step, and allowing creativity to flow—freely and authentically.

Artmaking can be a powerful tool for self-reflection, emotional release, and personal growth. It can also be joyful, playful, and energising.

If you're looking to...

  • Explore your creative potential
  • Reflect on life’s changes
  • Reduce stress and lift your mood

...then this programme is for you.
