What a fantastic event. Everyone at CAN has been so lovely and the whole experience has just been amazing. So happy I was apart of the Winter Market and I’m looking forward to being involved in future events.
The venue is perfect, lovely and bright with plenty of room and great music! The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The instructor is fabulous, friendly, and knowledgable. The people in the group really added to the experience for me; they are all quite lovely and lots of fun. Great course, will return again and be interested in other events and volunteering at CAN. Well done everyone!

Fantastic kids loved it
2 thumbs up from 5 yr old grandson. Sallie was very patient and explained the process well. For another $2 or 3 I would have been happy to pay for a snack and drink as 2 hours is quite a long time for a young kid . The venue was lovely too.
A fantastic class in such an inspiring and welcoming space. Carol is an excellent, knowledgeable instructor who is patient, encouraging, and generous with her expertise. The other participants were incredibly friendly and supportive, making the class enjoyable from the very first week. CAN is a wonderful community resource that brings people together through creativity, learning, and connection. I’m so grateful to have access to programs like this in Napier and would absolutely participate in more classes in the future.

Fantastic program where the kids learn a new technique every week and come back home with their masterpiece to show off. Camille absolutely loves her art class and wont miss it for the world.
Carol is an excellent tutor - warm & friendly welcoming manner. Gives constructive advice & practical suggestions in a helpful calm way. Very knowledgeable of this subject.
I love the sewing classes which come with a side of checking out the art on display. Well set up sewing space.
Love being a part of this class, excellent teacher, lovely people to work amongst and most importantly , - we have a load of laughs. I have being enjoying creating . Cheers Craig

Really great workshop which the girls thoroughly enjoyed. Learnt a new skill and had something really nice to take home. Well organised and the kids all seem to get a lot out of it.

Penelope had so much fun painting and creating artwork, i love i don’t have to clean it up at home 😝 so many different stations of art and the staff are amazing!

Lovely environment and atmosphere
Fabulous activity, perfectly pitched for the assigned age groups. My granddaughter was so pleased with her completed book she went home and produced another 2. Thank you to Amy for great teaching.
Carol is an excellent trainer. She is very knowledgeable and always happy to help … plus she is very encouraging when needed. I am certainly enjoying the classes. Can’t wait for next term. Thank you for the opportunity.

Great place to visit and a wide variety of exhibitions, workshops to attend. Very friendly, helpful staff and a very pleasant atmosphere to spend some time in. PS. Would you consider some chairs for disabled people and maybe a self service coffee/tea machine. Just a suggestion

I really enjoyed having a stall at the Creatives Market. The opening was great and it was really easy to set everything up with the tables already there and ready for our work.
This was a wonderful opportunity to showcase my Art and Crafts. The staff were great, communication excellent. The only negative is that there needs to be street signs advertising this venue as we are missing out on all the visitors driving along the Marine Parade.
Thanks to Carol this is a wonderful class. I was a very nervous absolute beginner & she made this a night I didn’t want to miss. Carol is a great teacher , very patient & supportive. Highly recommend this class 😊
