Are you a Sail Canada Learn to Cruise instructor who needs to recertify in 2026?

Join us for a single-day clinic to help you recertify at your current level (limited to SKS, Basic and Intermediate instructors).

Clinic format & key dates

Candidates are required to attend

• A clinic kickoff meeting on Zoom on Monday, February 1, 2026
• ONE intensive, in-person day: Wednesday, April 22, 2026

You may also participate in any of the four optional pre-clinic Zoom meetings scheduled for February and March 2026

Limited overnight accommodation is available aboard our boats (with pay-what-you-can donation to Royal Canadian Marine SAR Unit 36 Sidney)

Registering, deposits & final payment

Registration is first-come, first-served and will be limited to six recertification candidates. A minimum of four is required for the clinic to proceed.

Candidates are required to pay a 20% deposit when they register. Registration closes on December 15, 2025. The balance of course fees is due on January 31, 2026.
