Sign up your child to enjoy a creative space for young children to discover, explore and create!
At our classes, we guide your children through activities that are:
- open-ended
- play-based
- and process-oriented
These mentoring techniques promote creativity, develop confidence, practice problem solving and build fine-motor skills.
This Spring, using different materials and mediums, we will guide your children in constructing techniques that will help them create an "assemblage." Louisa Penfold, a renowned art educator, describes it this way: "Assemblages are a great way for children to learn about composition, shape, 3D form, and texture. Young children can also develop their fine motor skills through handling tools such as plastic screws, paper clips, split pins, and scissors."
As always, the classes are designed to advance each child's ability to create by equipping them with skills, techniques, various materials, and tool know-how to be able to express themselves artfully. Our mission is to nurture your children’s creative potential to develop confidence and prepare them in all life disciplines.
