Why Process Art?

The difference lies in our focus on the process, not merely the product; the creative journey, not just the destination.

Process Art supports creative thinking and collaboration, small motor skills and problem solving. In our sessions, art is used as a means for dialogue, observation, and theories in a calm, open-ended environment.

We look to encourage "art fluency" in each child, a valuable skill that gives them to more "languages" to process and communicate as they learn about the world around them. 

When your children join our program, you give them access to a joyful, play-filled, and relaxing space where they will be mentored to use a variety of real art materials and techniques such as collage, drawing, painting, printmaking and working with clay, found objects, and loose parts.
