This inspiring session gives you a gentle, practical way to uncover what held you back, reconnect with your deeper motivations, and design resolutions that feel achievable, uplifting, and aligned with the life you want to create — no shame and no “try harder,” just a shift from criticism to clarity and a way forward that supports who you really are.
In this session, you’ll learn a way to:
- Turn regret or disappointment into clarity and insight, without self-criticism
- Understand your true motivations and what may have held you back before
- Generate multiple creative strategies to meet your needs and goals
- Choose the strategy (or combination) that fits your life, priorities, and values
- Make a doable, motivating resolution instead of a shame-based demand for action
