This 60-minute Vinyasa Yoga class is great for both beginners and advanced students. It includes breathing techniques, basic poses, and a short meditation practice. Dress for movement.
Participants must supply their yoga mat, 3-inch block, strap, soft POOF (Nerf) football, and pillow or towel.

SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
Scholarship opportunities are available to give residents of all ages the opportunity to participate in programs at the Oxford Community Arts Center. Under the program, up to 50% matching scholarships are available through a generous grant from the Kiwanis Club of Oxford.
