Vinyasa Yoga - Spring III
AGES: 18+
This 60-minute Vinyasa Yoga class is designed for beginners through advanced students. Each session begins with a warm-up and moves into a unique, steady flow tailored to the needs of the class.
Cindy emphasizes proper alignment, offers hands-on adjustments if desired, and incorporates her knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics to help students work within their limits. Modifications are always provided. The class focuses on continuous movement at a manageable pace and ends with meditation.
SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
Scholarship opportunities are available to give residents of all ages the opportunity to participate in programs at the Oxford Community Arts Center. Under the program, up to 50% matching scholarships are available through a generous grant from the Kiwanis Club of Oxford.
