Children move through their days carrying so many emotions β excitement, frustration, curiosity, worry, and everything in between. Our Yoga & Mindfulness Program offers them a place to breathe πΏ, reset, and strengthen the inner skills that help them meet those moments with calm and confidence.
Through gentle movement π€ΈββοΈ, mindful breathwork π¬οΈ, and imaginative storytelling β¨, students learn how to steady themselves when overwhelmed, refocus when distracted, and feel more grounded during academic and social challenges. Each age group receives a curriculum designed specifically for their developmental stage so the practices feel meaningful, accessible, and supportive.
π± TK, PK & Kindergarten (2:35β3:15 PM)
Our youngest learners thrive when mindfulness is woven into imagination and play. These sessions introduce calming breathing techniques, playful yoga poses, and simple relaxation through story adventures they can fully immerse themselves in.
Children may stretch tall in Caterpillarβs Garden π, flutter like butterflies, or join Bear in Cozy Cabin βοΈ for a peaceful winter walk. Through these gentle, joyful experiences, children begin to understand their feelings, connect with their breath, and settle their bodies with more ease.
These practices help children:

- π strengthen kindergarten readiness
Each class offers simple tools they can use throughout their day to feel calm, present, and grounded.
π Grades 1β4 (Group 1: 3:15β4:00 PM | Group 2: 4:00β4:45 PM)
As children enter elementary school, their emotional and academic lives become more complex. Our expanded curriculum supports this growth with practices that feel both engaging and age-appropriate.
Students journey into rich imaginative landscapes β shimmering night skies β¨, peaceful forests π², and flowing oceans π β while building skills that help them manage real daily challenges.
These practices help students:
- π manage stress and overwhelm
- π― strengthen focus and concentration
- π develop tools for test anxiety
- π¬οΈ understand and regulate deeper emotions
- π€ navigate friendships with confidence
- π approach challenges with clarity and calm
Older students build a meaningful emotional toolkit they can use during schoolwork, social interactions, and transitions of all kinds.

$330 per student
Includes weekly sessions, yoga mats, props, and take-home mindfulness materials.
