We invite you to participate at your own pace, encouraging you to listen to your body and engage as much as feels comfortable.

Who comes to this class?

Our group is welcoming, diverse with ages spanning four decades, and inclusive, accommodating dancers with a wide range of experience within the level guidelines. For example, we have students who began dancing ballet as adults for the first time shortly before the pandemic, as well as seasoned dancers with a long history of ballet training who enjoy attending this class to focus on technique and strength rather than complexity. If you're unsure whether this class is the right fit, we encourage you to try it out!
