Wisdom of Women is a sacred journey for women longing for deeper connection with their body, inner wisdom, and the remembering that happens in safe, soulful sisterhood.

Beginning on the New Moon in March 2026, this six-week online immersion offers a nurturing container to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the natural rhythms that live within you.

This journey will support you to:

• Reconnect with your body, nervous system, womb, and heart, cultivating presence, safety, and self-trust

• Understand your menstrual cycle, hormones, and energetic flow, learning to live in alignment with your body’s natural rhythms

• Embody the Maiden, Mother, and Crone stages of womanhood, honouring life transitions through somatic and heart-centred practices

• Learn about energy centres, womb wisdom, and gentle herbal and homeopathic support for holistic self-care

• Connect with your emotional and innate body, gently exploring how lived experiences and emotions are held within the body and organs, and using somatic practices to restore connection between body, heart, and spirit

Course Flow- Seasons of Womanhood

Week 1 – Opening Ceremony-Setting intentions and creating sacred space

Week 2 – Body Awareness-Somatic practices and embodiment through the chakras

Week 3 – Heart Activation-Cultivating compassion, connection, and emotional presence

Week 4 – Womb Awareness-Listening deeply to the wisdom held within the womb

Week 5 – The Four Stages of Womanhood Exploring cycles, archetypes, and life transitions

Week 6 – Integration & Closing-Embodiment, reflection, and celebration

Each week includes live group calls, guided meditations, journal prompts, somatic practices, and a downloadable workbook to support your integration.

Once the 6-week online immersion concludes, you will have the opportunity to continue your journey with a 2-day in-person immersion, Wisdom of Women- Embodying the season of womanhood- where you will be invited to deepen and fully embody the teachings experienced throughout our March and April immersion.

The face to Face immersion will be Facilitated by Katrina Lanigan (Matriarch Medicine) and Mitra (Pyramids of Sound), this gathering weaves: storytelling • body awareness • movement • ceremony • sound healing • sisterhood connection.

The Complete Journey option includes a reduced investment for the 2-day in-person immersion.

Women who choose the Online Immersion Only may be invited to join the in-person immersion later, subject to availability, at the public rate.

A $150 deposit is required, with the remaining balance payable in full 4 weeks prior to commencement, or you may choose to pay the full amount upfront at the time of booking. All payments are to be made via the banking details provided on the intake form when you register your spot.

Participation & Responsibility

Participants attend both the online and face-to-face components of this offering at their own discretion and responsibility. Matriarch Medicine and its facilitators are not responsible for individual experiences, interpretations, or outcomes arising from participation in this program.

Payments & Refunds

All deposits are non-refundable.

If full payment is made and you need to withdraw, the $150 deposit remains non-refundable, with any remaining balance refundable in accordance with these terms. This non-refundable portion covers venue hire, practitioner time, preparation, and materials included.

Facilitator Cancellation

If, for any reason, Katrina needs to cancel the program, participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to a rescheduled date.
