Solstice inspired practice specifically designed to support harmonising nervous system, release tension, create space for clarity and creativity.

A mountain of blankets and props awaits to support you to Rest and Recharge.

We will finish with soup and homemade focaccia - yum

The practice;

1. We will start with gentle movement, mobilising and freeing joints.
2. Yin - long held carefully applied appropriate stress to joints and connective tissue to create space - a practise of resilience and stillness. 2-5 minutes
3. Restorative Yoga - Long held fully supported, effortless and easeful floor based positions where you will sink into your own experience and invite prolonged Rest for 5-15minutes - a practise of stillness and deep rest
   
4. Final relaxation - Winter Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep)
5. Break bread together over warm soup and chats.

All blankets, props and supportive guidance provided so you are completely held in your rest.

The practice is suitable for most. No yoga experience necessary. Feel free to touch base with any questions.

*Please wear soft loose fitted layered clothes and socks for maximum comfort and WARMTH
*Arrive with enough time to get settled. We will start on time.

Highly recommend bringing an eye pillow and an extra blanket/throw if you have. A journal if you like to reflect and write things down.
