Specifically designed for people leaders, this training focuses on how supervisors and managers can support employees who deal with disrespectful patrons and angry customers.
This training will also focus on a supervisor's role in de-escalation, how to report disrespectful and abusive behaviours, and potential penalties for inappropriate behaviour.
Participants in this module, must have already taken the half-day Managing disrespectful patrons and de-escalating angry customers training.
