You already have what it takes to succeed; you just might not know it yet. Every student has natural talents that shape how they learn, connect with others, and imagine their future. This 7-week Strengths course gives middle and high school students the chance to uncover those talents, gain confidence in their abilities, and learn how to put them to use.
Using Gallup's Clifton Strengths for Students assessment, participants will identify their Top 5 Talents and learn how to apply them in everyday life. Each week, we’ll focus on practical ways to use these strengths in the classroom, during group projects, in communication with friends and family, and even when planning for a positive future.
Through engaging, hands-on activities and group discussions, students will learn to celebrate their individuality while also understanding and valuing the differences in others. By the end of this course, they will have a clearer understanding of who they are, a greater appreciation for those around them, and the tools to put their strengths into action; whether that means studying more effectively, leading with confidence, or envisioning their future.
