Valley Haggard

Highest Self Activation is a guided writing immersion designed to help you step into the version of yourself you are becoming. Through future-memoir exercises, reflective prompts, and intentional self-affirmation, we will write from the perspective of our most aligned, courageous, and fully expressed selves. Rather than striving or performing, this workshop invites radical self-acceptance and visionary clarity—using the written word as a creative instrument to strengthen self-trust, embody confidence, and begin living as the person you already are becoming.

Format: 3‑hour writing activation

Who: an intimate group of 6 safe and inclusive souls

Location: River house in Varina, location to be shared upon registration

Provided: Hot beverages, tasty refreshments, sacred community, a small gift, and lots of love.
