Chaya As always, Valley provides an atmosphere of safety to those of us have stories to tell. In my years of writing with her, I have learned to love and forgive myself, the messes I have made and the love I receive with an open heart. Thank you, Valley, who shares herself and teaches us how to be.

Taylor Maureen I thoroughly enjoyed this retreat. Valley created a safe space for us participants to write and share with each other. There was a perfect balance between free time and writing time. I enjoyed learning about archetypes, touching on the hero’s journey, and writing the timeline of my life. Through our writing exercises, I laid something down and achieved a deep release.
I enjoyed the setting at The Porches. The surroundings were beautiful. The house was spacious and cozy at the same time. I will return.

The material is clearly presented, she leaves ample space in the day for hands on experience and practice with others . I was emotionally moved and definitely felt a shift in my energy during the training .Upon leaving, I felt confident that I could move forward with a daily Reiki practice on my self and continue practicing with others who are interested in the exploring the experience with me. Kristin Valley has such a gift for creating safe, sacred spaces where students can hear their soul speak through the ritual of writing. Her ability to listen and respond with compassion to the words each individual shares is nothing less than healing and therapeutic.
