Participants will increase their performance at work by learning time management techniques and determining different ways to apply them on the job as part of this interactive session.
Participants will assess their personal deficiencies and learn how to stop procrastination and other time wasters and learn how managing stress is essential for managing time.
Tips on how to be effective when working remotely will be included for those working from home, either full-time or in a hybrid environment.
