Workplace burnout is increasingly viewed as a concern due to its prevalence and its strong association with undesirable mental health outcomes.
In this full-day course, participants will explore burnout from both personal and professional viewpoints, understand ways to identify it, analyze remediation frameworks and develop strategies to improve their overall health.
