This advanced workshop is designed to strengthen leaders’ confidence and judgment in managing effectively within a unionized environment. It moves beyond the basics to focus on real-world application — helping supervisors and managers make sound, principle-based decisions.

Participants will learn through realistic case studies and practical exercises that mirror the complexity of everyday workplace issues.

Participants must have first taken Principles-Based Labour Relations or have the equivalent knowledge and / or experience.
