2-Day Face-to-Face Wisdom of Women Immersion

Step fully into the sacred journey of your womanhood and awaken to the wisdom that lives within your body, heart, and spirit. Over two transformative days, we will immerse ourselves in the stages of womanhood, weaving together circle, cycles, and seasons. This is a deeply embodied experience for women ready to reconnect with themselves, their inner guidance, and a supportive sisterhood.

Day One – The embodying journey

We begin by exploring the energies of the wise woman and the maidan, embracing their gifts, lessons, and challenges. Through storytelling, somatic practices, and guided reflection, we will awaken the parts of ourselves that have been sleeping, opening pathways to presence, healing, and self-discovery.

Day Two – Full circle

On day two, we journey with the mother and wild women completing a full circle , connecting through practices, stories, and shared wisdom that illuminate our lives as women, We will explore the roles we inhabit, what healing truly means, and how to reclaim our power, reconnect with our bodies, and release guilt or shame.

Across both days, you will be guided to come full circle returning home to yourself, your body, and the collective wisdom of women. This immersive experience includes:

• Storytelling & life reflections – Share and hear stories that honor the journey of being a woman, and witness how our experiences shape our lives.

• Hormonal & cycle wisdom – Explore the stages and cycles of womanhood, archetypes, moon cycles, and natural rhythms, and learn how to live in alignment with your body’s cycles.

• Somatic practices & embodiment – Move, breathe, and engage your body to awaken inner wisdom and presence.

• Meditation & journaling – Reflect and integrate insights with intention.

• Sound healing – Experience the nurturing guidance of Mitra from Pyramids of Sound, supporting harmony, alignment, and deep connection.

Practical Details

Morning and afternoon tea, lunch, and a special gift for each participant are included.

This is a nourishing, intentional, and transformational journey, designed to awaken parts of yourself that have been waiting to be remembered, celebrate your womanhood, and reconnect with the deep wisdom held within your body and community.

Investment: $350 for the full 2-day immersion.

Some participants may be joining this immersion as a continuation of the Online Wisdom of Women journey- Seasons of womanhood and may have accessed an earlier booking option.

A $150 deposit is required, with the remaining balance payable in full 1 week prior to commencement, or you may choose to pay the full amount upfront at the time of booking. All payments are to be made via the banking details provided on the intake form when you register your spot.

Participation & Responsibility

Participants attend both the online and face-to-face components of this offering at their own discretion and responsibility. Matriarch Medicine and its facilitators are not responsible for individual experiences, interpretations, or outcomes arising from participation in this program.

Payments & Refunds

All deposits are non-refundable.

If full payment is made and you need to withdraw, the $150 deposit remains non-refundable, with any remaining balance refundable in accordance with these terms. This non-refundable portion covers venue hire, practitioner time, preparation, and materials included.

Facilitator Cancellation

If, for any reason, Katrina needs to cancel the program, participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to a rescheduled date.
