Sunday’s class was the best! I loved learning about my body and exploring different ways of moving. I explored movement in so many new pathways. Tacos, researching movement in my hips and following the ribs all the way to my shoulder blades and through my collar bone. The designs my skeleton can make with my dancing fingers and my dancing feet. Letting it all go in the dance at the end of the class. So fun. Thank you Keith!
My first Gaga class and I was pleasantly surprised at how engaging it was for the mind, body and spirit. Can’t wait to attend more on a regular basis.
In contemporary culture, exercise has lost the element of play. Gaga is a wake-up call to make the most of your body without judgment.
I loved the class on Sunday. I loved that each class we focus on something different like curves, and figure eights, and collapse and over the top and feel the weight of the flesh bones and then we reaching out we are getting taller small movements and then fun dancing at the end.
