During the morning, participants explore communication techniques, non-verbal cues, and trust-building strategies that elevate credibility in meetings, presentations, and team interactions. Through applied exercises, reflection, and feedback, participants connect executive presence to municipal priorities.

After lunch, participants will focus on impromptu speaking through realistic municipal scenarios, applying message-framing techniques, political acuity, effective listening, and coaching approaches.
