Garden-to-Table Workshop - Summer II

Families see how simple fresh ingredients from the garden can become tasty snacks as kids help assemble herb butter or spread, colorful veggie wraps, and a basic salsa or garden dip. Participants learn about kitchen safety, taste new flavors, and explore flexible recipes that can be adapted at home based on what is growing in their own gardens or available at local markets.
Culture Crops Activity: Kids co‑create a “favorite garden foods” chart to reflect different cultural dishes and ingredients.
When: Second Friday, August 14th from 6-8 PM
