Fri, Oct 9, 2026, 6:00 – 8:00 PM EDT

With guidance from Dick Munson, participants build simple “green and brown” layers in demonstration bins, observe finished compost, and learn about the tiny organisms that help break materials down while brainstorming ways families can reduce waste and support healthy soil at home.
Culture Crops Activity: Decomposer detective cards highlighting worms, fungi, and insects.
When: Second Friday, October 9th from 6-8 PM
