This full-day workshop, will focus on designing, structuring and delivering clear, effective presentations that support decision-making.

Participants will learn how to confidently share insights and propose solutions in the municipal environment, using practical frameworks to clarify intent, organize complex information and develop key messages.

Emphasis is placed on translating data, recommendations and policies into presentations that are clear and in keeping with needs of unique audiences.

Throughout the day, participants will apply the concepts in real time by developing a short presentation and refining both content and delivery.

Attention is also given to the effective use of slides, presenting as part of a team and managing interaction and Q&A with credibility and control.
