Many people think that painting with watercolor is a difficult medium to work with. This series of sessions is designed to show that anyone can pick up a brush and create beautiful paintings in watercolor.
Many people think that painting with watercolor is a difficult medium to work with. This series of sessions is designed to show that anyone can pick up a brush and create beautiful paintings in watercolor.
Through a series of sessions, you will be guided from the basics of watercolor painting: the materials, techniques, history, and concepts of art as these pertain to the use of watercolor paints.
The only prerequisite is a willingness to try!

SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
Scholarship opportunities are available to give residents of all ages the opportunity to participate in programs at the Oxford Community Arts Center. Under the program, up to 50% matching scholarships are available through a generous grant from the Kiwanis Club of Oxford.
