Vinyasa Monday 6:30-7:45pm (T2)
This style focuses on connecting the rhythm of breath with movement, building momentum into a flowing sequence likened to a moving meditation. While there are fewer alignment cues in this class, allowing for creative expression, this dynamic practice can generate heat in the body and offer opportunities to challenge your skills and deepen your practice.
While this class is most suited for those with some yoga experience, beginners are always welcome. If you are new to yoga you may prefer to start with our slower-paced classes that offer more detailed instruction until you become familiar with the postures.
. Please wear comfy clothing, bring a mat if you have one (spares are available), and note that all other props are supplied; socks and a warm jumper are recommended for the relaxation portion.
