6 week Beginners pottery class Saturday 10:30-12:30
In this 6 week class, we will cover hand-building techniques e.g. slab building, coil building, throwing on the potter’s wheel, adding texture to clay, and decorating/glazing your fired work. As the class is taught in a small group in my garden studio you will have lots of one-to-one support for what you wish to make. The price is £200 for 6 lessons with a small fee for firing and glazing. This includes a cuppa/biccy!
Once you have completed this beginner class you can join an improver's class where you can make your own projects with support from a tutor.
Wear old clothes, bring an apron, keep nails short, and tie hair back!
