- Please keep in mind that the Limelight catering is by a professional chef; it is not standard hotel food. Additionally, there are taxes and resort service charges required for all Ketchum/Sun Valley hotels. For each meal, there is a mandatory State sales tax of 8%, service charges of 24%, and a State sales tax on the service charge of an additional 8%. The prices listed below include all fees.
