Flavours of the World: Exploring Global Flavours in the Kitchen

Location: In-person at Cambridge Food Bank

Discover new flavour combinations, ingredients and cooking techniques inspired by cuisines from around the world. In each session, participants will prepare simple dishes while learning how different regions of the world use herbs, spices and other ingredients to create different flavour combinations.
Recipes are inspired by global cuisines and adapted using affordable ingredients.

Sweet Potato Noodle Japchae
Spicy Salmon Maki Sushi (Canned Salmon)
