This course is designed for students with basic ballet knowledge, typically around 12 weeks of beginner ballet experience. It is ideal for adults who know the fundamentals and would like to continue building their technique in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Who can join (prerequisite)
Participants should have 8–12 weeks of beginner ballet experience or equivalent, with familiarity with basic concepts such as body placement, pliés, tendus, arm positions, jetés, développés, and simple jumps.

What to expect
Classes continue to develop posture, turnout, coordination, and basic understanding of  barre and centre practice, and simple across-the-floor combinations. We will repeat and refine key exercises while gradually adding theory and practice, helping students feel more confident and fluid in their movement.

Flexible options
Flexible registration options are available, including prorated fees if joining late or expecting to miss several classes. Students may also make up missed classes free of charge on Sundays (same level class).

Attendance, prorated fees & discounts
We know life happens. If you expect to miss two or more classes during the term, the fee can be prorated. We also offer multi-course discounts (20–40%) and student discounts.
