Join Drew as he teaches you about sewing with knits and creating your own sweatpants all while using your household sewing machine or serger. You’ll walk away with a cool new sweatpant and the knowledge to start conquering knits!
Who Should Enroll:
This workshop is ideal for sewist who are looking to learn how to sew and handle knit fabric, who want to learn how to sew their own sweatpants, and who want to learn some fundamentals of garment construction.
This workshop will also cover some basic alteration techniques, from taking in sides, shortening legs, and hemming knits, to achieve your perfect fit.
If you want to bring your own material, you will need 3 yards of one fabric and 2 yards of another.
