Registration and Payment:
- Payment is required upon class or workshop registration.
- Classes will proceed with a minimum of 2 students unless otherwise specified in the class description. All classes have a maximum capacity.
- Guests, children, and pets are not permitted during classes. Service dogs are welcomed, please inform us in advance.
- For any special assistance requirements, kindly notify us in advance so we can assess and accommodate your needs accordingly.
- Students may arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up for the class. Classes will commence promptly.
Refund Policy:
If The Sewing Labs cancels a class due to low attendance, you may opt for a full refund or credit.
For student-initiated cancellations:
- Full class refund if cancelled 4 days before the scheduled class.
- Credit issued for cancellations 2-4 days prior to the class.
- No refund or credit for cancellations within 2 days of the class.
No refunds for withdrawals after the class begins or for missed classes due to illness, personal conflicts, or other reasons. Credit or fee transfer to future classes/workshops is possible, valid for up to 6 months from the originally registered class start date.
In the event of class cancellation due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will attempt to reschedule. If the rescheduled date is inconvenient, you may opt for a refund or credit (prorated for multi-session classes).
