Farm to Table Dinner at the Eco-Justice Center
Saturday, August 15, 2026 | 5:30–8:30 p.m.
Join us for an inspiring evening of community and sustainability at the Eco-Justice Center! The night begins with a lively cocktail hour from 5:30–6:30 p.m., featuring live music, signature cocktails, and delicious appetizers. Guests are invited to explore the gardens, participate in a 50/50 raffle, and browse unique items in our silent auction.
At 6:30 p.m., enjoy a thoughtfully prepared three-course dinner by the chefs of Parkside 23, showcasing seasonal, organically grown produce from Eco-J’s gardens.
When registering, please select from the following entrée options:
- Chardonnay Chicken – seasoned airline breast with Chardonnay cream sauce, gremolata, and microgreens
- Salmon – served with citrus beurre blanc, balsamic glaze, and microgreens
- Stuffed Red Bell Pepper – filled with eggplant, mushrooms, yellow squash, onions, asparagus, zucchini, and tomato sauce
Tickets: $100 per guest (early bird pricing available) Guests also have the option to donate additional tickets for the Sisters affiliated with the Eco-Justice Center.
Table: $700 (for 7 guests)
All proceeds support animal care, educational programming, and ongoing operations at Eco-J.
