This lunch and learn virtual session introduces municipal staff to the City of St. Catharines’ digital AI assistants and how they can be used responsibly to support everyday work. Participants will learn what AI is (and isn’t), how tools like Catharine, Gardner, and Microsoft Copilot fit into municipal operations, and how to choose the right assistant for public-facing versus internal tasks.
