Forest Therapy with Cedar & Stone

Join creator and forest guide at Cedar & Stone Forest Therapy, Pam Whyte, for a slow, restorative outdoor experience designed to calm your nervous system, clear mental clutter, and help you reconnect with yourself through nature. This is not a hike or fitness event. Participants will move at an easy pace with guided invitations that encourage sensory awareness, reflection, and quiet connection with the natural world. You’ll leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and more like yourself again.

What to Expect

A slow, guided walk with frequent pauses

Gentle sensory and mindfulness invitations

Time for quiet reflection and optional sharing

A welcoming, pressure-free environment

Bring a towel or chair to sit on, your preference.
