Forest Therapy with Cedar & Stone
Join creator and forest guide at Cedar & Stone Forest Therapy, Pam Whyte, for a slow, restorative outdoor experience designed to calm your nervous system, clear mental clutter, and help you reconnect with yourself through nature. This is not a hike or fitness event. Participants will move at an easy pace with guided invitations that encourage sensory awareness, reflection, and quiet connection with the natural world. You’ll leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and more like yourself again.
