I also exempt, release, and indemnify Gaga/people, the teachers, volunteers, and assistants, from any and all liability claims, demands, or causes of action whatsoever from any damage, loss, injury, or death to me, or property which may arise out of or in connection with participation in the Gaga class. I further hereby voluntarily agree to waive my rights and that of my heirs and assigns to hold Gaga/People, the teachers, volunteers, and assistants, liable for such damage, loss, injury, or death.

I loved Sunday’s class so much. So fun playful and joyful
I am discovering new ways of moving all my bones from inside my ribs, exploring my collar bone and shoulder blades moving freely, stretching, stretching even wider, getting to know my hands and reaching with my fingers, collapsing , playing with my weight, and finding my centre of gravity. I love awkward dancing and I especially love being a puddle on the floor. Last song last dance so much fun and dancing freely with everyone in the class.

It was my first class and it was INCREDIBLE. Keith is a wonderful teacher and the vibe in the room was so warm and generous. Can’t wait to come back.
