Counter-Terrorist Rifle
Defensive Rifle Performance for High-Threat Environments
🚨 Counter-Terrorist Rifle is not a basic rifle class.
This is an advanced defensive rifle program designed for serious students who understand that rifle performance in a real-world threat environment requires more than simply owning a carbine and standing on a flat range.
Taught by Garrett “Machine,” this course brings military, law enforcement, counter-terrorism, intelligence, and high-risk security experience into a structured rifle curriculum focused on precision, control, movement, accountability, and decision-making under pressure.
Students will be pushed beyond static rifle shooting and challenged to develop the discipline required to manage a rifle in dynamic environments where distance, angles, movement, identification, and legal accountability matter.
At Valortec, we teach the Science of Marksmanship.
That means rifle training must be built on structure, biomechanics, visual processing, recoil management, and decision-making — not fantasy, ego, or tactical theater.
Every movement must be controlled.
Every shot must be justified.
Every round must be accountable. 🎯
What Students Will Work On
🔹 Rifle Fundamentals Under Stress
Grip, stance, shoulder placement, sight management, trigger control, recoil control, breathing, and follow-through applied under realistic pressure.
🔹 Accuracy and Accountability
Developing the ability to deliver precise, defensible rifle fire while maintaining control, awareness, and target responsibility.
🔹 Ready Positions and Rifle Management
Understanding how to safely manage the rifle from different ready positions while maintaining muzzle discipline, visual awareness, and immediate control.
🔹 Movement and Positional Shooting
Applying rifle fundamentals from standing, kneeling, supported, and unconventional positions while maintaining balance, stability, and accuracy.
🔹 Use of Cover and Angles
Learning how body position, rifle placement, exposure, and angles affect survivability, control, and shot accountability.
🔹 Multiple-Threat Engagement Concepts
Building visual discipline, target transitions, threat prioritization, and controlled decision-making when more than one problem exists.
🔹 Distance, Offset, and Precision
Understanding how rifle sight height, mechanical offset, distance, and point-of-impact awareness affect real-world shot placement.
🔹 High-Threat Decision-Making
Applying judgment, restraint, identification, and lawful defensive response in rapidly evolving high-risk situations.
🔹 Performance Diagnostics
Identifying problems in rifle mount, trigger press, sight tracking, recoil control, footwork, target transitions, and overall shooting efficiency.
