The TAHU New Hire Onboarding Training is a structured two-week program designed to welcome and prepare new employees for success. It provides a strong introduction to company culture, values, safety practices, and job expectations.

Participants will engage in classroom and hands-on training, covering key topics such as workplace policies, health and safety, tool usage, and role-specific responsibilities. The program also introduces internal systems, communication practices, and performance standards.

The training is interactive, allowing new hires to ask questions, build confidence, and connect with colleagues.
