Intuitive Doodling and Poetry: A Creative Workshop for Reflection, Clarity, and Personal Growth

• For mature teens 16+ through adult

Join Ali of Ali Way to Joy and Success, LLC and Alison Rebels, OTD, MS, OTR/L, RYT-200 (the two Alis!) for an engaging one-hour workshop that blends mindfulness, creativity, and self-exploration. Contact Ali with any questions you may have.

We will begin with a guided breathing exercise to quiet the mind and cultivate presence. Participants will then engage in an activity designed to help them tune inward and gain clarity around a personal intention, goal, aspiration, or area of growth.

The workshop incorporates three forms of creative expression: (1) intuitive doodling inspired by neurographic art, (2) journaling, and (3) poetry. These approaches can support self-discovery, insight, and exploration of future possibilities.

Through this process, participants will create a unique piece of artwork and writing that captures their personal reflections and intentions. Your final creation can be printed and framed as a meaningful reminder of the insights and inspiration that emerged during the workshop.

Part stress relief, part creative art experience, and part writers' workshop, this unique session offers an opportunity to slow down, spark creativity, gain perspective, and connect with deeper layers of yourself.

If you prefer to capture insights in a personalized journal, please bring one. If not, paper will be provided.
