Indigenous Food Workshop with Chef Destiny Moser
In Celebration of Indigenous History Month

Join Chef Destiny of FoodZen for a free a hands-on Indigenous cooking workshop Thursday, June 18 at 5:30 PM at the Cambridge Food Bank. 

In celebration of Indigenous History Month, participants will explore Indigenous ingredients, food traditions, and the importance of food sovereignty. 

Together participants will prepare Three Sisters Soup and Wild Rice Salad while learning about Indigenous ingredients, food traditions, and agricultural practices. Each participant will enjoy a shared meal and will receive a recipe card. 

Space is limited and registration is required.

About Chef Destiny Moser: Chef Destiny Moser is the Founder and Executive Chef of FoodZen, specializing in Indigenous food education, community workshops, and farm-to-table cooking experiences across Southwestern Ontario. As an Indigenous chef, she is passionate about sharing traditional ingredients, food knowledge, and conversations around food sovereignty, sustainability, and healthy eating through accessible, hands-on learning experiences.
