Get Ready! Set! SHAKE!
Come join us for a food experiment and friendly competition to see which method will make butter the fastest. Along the way, youth will explore the science behind how butter is made, where dairy products come from, and how foods are processed from farm to table. After the challenge, participants can taste their homemade butter with bread or crackers and experiment with adding herbs or flavours.
