Youth Food Lab: Breakfast Ready-to-Go

Suitable for Ages 8 - 14

Youth will learn how to prepare simple, healthy breakfast options that can be made ahead of time for busy mornings. Youth will create easy grab-and-go meals such as overnight oats, yogurt parfaits, or snack boxes while learning how breakfast supports energy, focus, and overall well-being.
