Learn how to slow down and reconnect with food through mindful eating practices that support overall wellness. Participants will explore the “three breath rule” to help transition from busy activities into a calm and focused mealtime experience.
Through sight, aroma, texture, and sound, participants will learn to engage their senses while eating and practice more mindful consumption habits. The workshop also encourages reflection on holistic wellness and building a healthier relationship with food in a relaxed and supportive virtual setting.
*Please note that there will be no class on August 3rd due to the Civic Holiday
