Core Essence Pilates (Virtual)
This virtual Pilates class focuses on smooth transitions, continuous movement, and building a stronger mind-body connection through breath and movement. Participants will explore the wave-like rhythm of movement while developing strength, stability, flexibility, and body awareness in a supportive environment. 
The class will introduce foundational Pilates techniques, including lateral thoracic breathing, proper alignment, and core engagement to help protect the lower back and improve posture.
Suitable for a variety of fitness levels, this program encourages mindful movement and overall wellness.
